This website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. The hosting provider processes technical access logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operation. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply and, where relevant, to send an offer.

The Revispark app

• Data your company enters (sites, equipment, inspections, photos, contacts, quotes, invoices): for this data we are a processor under the data processing agreement with your company.
• User account (name, email, role): processed by us as controller to sign you in and provide the service.
• Operational and security records: sign-ins (time, IP address, device type), change history and aggregate usage counts, such as how many documents a company downloaded. Used for security, support and improving the service. Never used for advertising or passed to third parties for their own purposes.

Where and how long

Data is stored in data centres in the EU with hosting providers bound by a data processing agreement. The list of processors is available on request. Company data is kept for the duration of the contract and afterwards as set out in the processing agreement. Operational records are kept for at most 12 months.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
